OUR HISTORY
The president of A.S.A.C., Tommaso Rossi, has many years of experience in the relevant sectors, beginning in 1972. Before founding A.S.A.C., he served as technical director of environmental activities at SNAMPROGETTI until 1994. He subsequently founded several companies, including SIMAM S.p.A.,SO.GE.IN S.r.l., and INGENIA S.r.l., which are committed to environmental protection through environmental risk assessments, safety, remediation of contaminated sites, and the design and construction of water treatment plants, including global service formulas.
In 2023, following the sale of SIMAM S.p.A., the group launched the ASAC Green Gas project with the aim of actively contributing to the transition towards a more sustainable future by offering innovative energy solutions that reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable development. We are committed to providing environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional energy sources, thereby contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and adaptation to climate change.

Within the context of the A.S.A.C. Its technicians are present throughout Italy to ensure complete coverage of all geographical areas. INGENIA S.r.l. is a consulting company specializing in workplace safety and hygiene, training, development, and research, as well as in the field of urban gas network engineering. Founded in 2013, its registered office is located in Senigallia, Marche.
Over the years, A.S.A.C. has developed skills and knowledge that have led it to come into contact with an Italian patent, registered by an academic spin-off and never applied industrially. Through its companies, it has tested, studied, developed, and built a semi-industrial scale pilot plant for the production of methane withoutCO2emissions into the atmosphere. This patent has been tested by ASAC using a pilot plant authorized under Article 211 of the Consolidated Environmental Act, with a capacity of 4 tons per day for over 2 years of operation. This experience, using different types of biomass, led to the desire to bring to market, through ASAC Green Gas, a new and cutting-edge technology in the design of biomethane production plants and the conversion of existing plants.
