CODE OF ETHICS
INGENIA recognises Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility as strategic values
and has developed and adopted its own Code of Ethics, which has been disseminated to all levels and to all stakeholders.
In relation to its context of reference and the parties involved in the activities and services provided, INGENIA intends to pursue its business in a responsible and sustainable manner, in full compliance with the following commitments:
- Comply with all legal requirements and requirements applicable to your organization and implement constant monitoring;
- Promote the process approach and risk management;
- Implement and continuously improve the management system;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by constantly evaluating their needs and expectations;
- Reducing the risk of accidents to which workers involved in construction site activities are exposed and exposure to occupational diseases, by constantly improving conditions and the working environment and providing safe working conditions;
- Promote consultation and participation of workers and workers' representatives;
- Promote and develop professional training in compliance with current regional, national, and EU regulations;
- Maximize the performance of the services provided in relation to the requirements of the Management System;
- Provide the resources necessary for the implementation, maintenance of effectiveness, and improvement of the Management System;
- Pursuing a production model based on the principles of the Circular Economy and sustainable development;
- Protecting environmental and energy resources related to INGENIA's activities by adopting the best available technologies where economically feasible, in order to eliminate or reduce environmental impacts and energy waste.
POLICIES
The scope of application of the Integrated Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 37001:2023 includes and is implemented for:
- All products and services provided:
Design and provision of consulting and engineering services in the fields of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, temporary and mobile construction sites, onshore and offshore mining activities, industrial risk analysis, design and provision of training, research, and innovation activities in the environmental field.
- All processes necessary for the Integrated Management System and the provision of INGENIA products and services.
- All the functions necessary to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the INGENIA Integrated Management System.
In determining the scope of the Integrated Management System, INGENIA takes into account: its context, internal and external stakeholders and their significant requirements for the integrated management system, all legal and other requirements applicable to the activities carried out, identified as a relevant external factor in the context analysis, its authority and ability to exercise control and influence quality, environmental, health, and safety aspects.
The scope of application is reviewed at least once a year during management reviews, whenever there is a change in the elements described above, and updated if necessary.
